Your Appointment
We are so excited to meet you! Please arrive 5-10 minutes early. This helps ensure that we run on time for your appointment and those after you. We have many choices of drinks and snacks for you choose from, cell phone charger, hand sanitizer, and free wi-fi to make your appointment more enjoyable and relaxing.
Running Late
If your running a few minutes late please call and let us know when we will be able to expect you. We understand things happen. If you are excessively late we may need to reschedule you so that we do not run late for our next appointments.
Appointment Cancellation
To ensure the best possible scheduling options for our guest we do require 24 hour notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with a stylist/tech. Should you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, a fee of $25 per service cancelled does apply and will be due before a new appointment is scheduled.
No-Show Appointment
A no-show appointment will require a fee of 100% of services booked to reschedule a future appointment.
Service Re-Do Policy
We strive to offer our guests the highest level of satisfaction. If your having challenges with your hair, please let your stylist know with-in 7 days of your visit and they will be happy to correct the issue for you.
Pricing and Payment
The stylists/techs are independent service providers, therefore they charge their own pricing for services they perform. Also they do provide their own payment options for services.
Retail Return
Retail products can be returned or exchanged with-in 7 days of purchase date. (Valid once only) If products are used excessively then return or exchange will not be allowed.
COVID-19 Procedures
Masks are not required. However, if you choose to wear a mask and would feel more comfortable with your stylist/tech wearing a mask, please feel free to let them know you would like them wear one also. Hand sanitizer is available thru out the salon to use. We always clean and sanitize stations and areas in between guests. If you are sick, been sick, or been around someone that has been sick please reschedule as soon as possible. We feel this has been a tremendous help in keeping and us and guests healthy and safe.
